One region, several very different jobs
The City of Mandurah runs from Madora Bay in the north to Dawesville and Bouvard in the south, wrapped around the Peel-Harvey Estuary and the Mandurah Estuary. Within that span you get 1970s brick-and-tile with original electric tanks, 1990s golf course estates, canal frontage, beachfront units and new-release lots with 3.5 metre side setbacks.
Those differences change the answer. Gas availability is not uniform. Roof aspect and shading vary by estate age. And how close a property sits to open water determines how quickly salt air works through casings, brackets, solar frames and heat pump fins.

Frequently asked questions
How far south of Mandurah do you travel?
Regular coverage runs to Dawesville and the Bouvard side of the Dawesville Channel. Further south towards Preston Beach and Lake Clifton can usually be arranged but is not same-day work, and it is worth flagging the address when you call so nobody is promised a time that cannot be met.
Do you cover Rockingham as well as Mandurah?
Yes. Rockingham sits in a different local government area — the City of Rockingham rather than the City of Mandurah — and has its own mix of housing and gas coverage, so it has a dedicated page. Baldivis, Port Kennedy and Secret Harbour fall within the same run.
Does my suburb change what system you recommend?
More than people expect.
